Cycle Lab Festive Season SMS Gift Code Redemption Terms and Conditions
- The campaign includes ONLY Cycle Lab customers who have shopped in-store during 2017 AND have provided Cycle Lab with their details for CRM purposes. Customers transactional data as recorded by point of sale system of Cycle Lab will have the final say on whether a customer has transacted or not. The decision of Cycle Lab in these instances with reference to their point of sale system logs is final.
- Customers are NOT to forward the SMS to their friends / relatives as they may not be participants of the campaign and therefore will not be able to unwrap a gift.
- Only ONE unwrap per customer with their OWN cell phone number. Customers cannot unwrap gifts on behalf of their friends or relatives. Customers cannot unwrap their gifts multiple times.
- Gifts CANNOT be unwrapped online.
- A customer must be PHYSICALLY PRESENT at a store to unwrap their gift with their cell phone number. Customers cannot unwrap gifts by phoning in or contacting Cycle Lab by other digital medium.
- If no gift SMS is received upon unwrapping a gift, the customer must alert the staff of the store. Cycle Lab will verify if the gift was infact unwrapped with reference to their systems. Verification of system logs could take up to 24 hours during the week and 72 hours over the weekend. The decision of Cycle Lab in these instances with reference to their system logs is final.
- If a customer did not receive an initial SMS from Cycle Lab that can be verified in the SMS logs by Cycle Lab, the customer is not included in the campaign and does not qualify for a gift. Verification of SMS logs could take up to 24 hours during the week and 72 hours over the weekend. The decision of Cycle Lab in these instances with reference to their SMS logs is final.
